Azure Skellington is the Social Enterprise Director at Pacific Gateway Center, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative loan structures for small business owners, including farmers, artists, and chefs, who face barriers to accessing traditional bank loans. With a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Azure specializes in providing consultation to indigenous women and low-income business owners in our island community, supporting their success and fostering sustainability and resiliency.
