She is Co-Founder and CEO of Smobler Studios, a leading metaverse architecture firm backed by The Sandbox and Brinc . It counts leading banks , academies, telcos and legacy brands as some of its clients .
Loretta is also a leadership, brand marketing and performance studies professor at University of Hawaii, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and Carnegie Mellon.
