Pia Chock works at Kamehameha Schools where she manages KS’ $10 million food systems investment fund. The fund is focused on strengthening Hawai‘i’s local food supply by investing in producers (farmers, ranchers), manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and waste companies. Pia has held a number of different positions at KS prior to managing the food systems fund, including strategic planning for educational objectives as well as for KS’ agriculture & conservation lands. She is a graduate of Punahou School, Harvard University and has her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently on the board at MAO Organic Farm. She enjoys eating poke bowls and taking her kids to the beach.
